Chocolate Truffles

 3 pkg(175g) chocolate chips
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
1 Tbsp vanilla

Melt the chocolate chips and milk, remove from heat and add vanilla.

Chill approx. 2 hours or until firm.

Shape into balls, and roll in any coating(finely chopped nuts, powdered sugar, cocoa, coloured sprinkles, chocolate sprinkles) and chill for one hour.
