Glazed Cinnamon Rolls - Bread Machine Recipe

3/4 cups plus 2 tbsp water

2 tbsp margarine or softened butter

2 ½ cups of bread flour

1/4 cup sugar

1 tsp salt

1 tsp bread machine yeast

Cinnamon Filling (below)

2 tbsp margarine or softened butter

Vanilla Glaze (below)

 

Measure: Carefully placing all ingredients except Cinnamon filling, 2 tbsp margarine and vanilla glaze in bread machine pan in the order recommended

Select: Dough/Manual Cycle

Grease: square pan 9x9x2 prepare cinnamon filling

 

Flatten dough into 9" square on floured surface. Spread with 2 tbsp margarine. Sprinkle with cinnamon filling. Roll up dough tightly, pinch edge of dough into roll to seal cut roll into 1" slices, place in pan, cover, let rise 1 - 1 1/4 hours.

 

Heat oven to 375 bake 25-30 min or till golden. Remove from pan to wire rack.  Drizzle vanilla glaze over warm rolls.

 

Cinnamon filling

1/3 cup sugar

2 tsp cinnamon

mix ingredients

 

Vanilla glaze

1 cup powered sugar

½ tsp vanilla

1-2 tbsp milk

mix all ingredients until smooth and thin enough to drizzle
