Gooey Chicken Wings (Labrat)


5 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp soya sauce
1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp wine vinegar
4 Tbsp marmalade
1 Tbsp lemon juice
garlic
salt & pepper

1 lb split wings -- you can use legs or thighs for this too

Combine all ingredients, heat until it makes a thin sauce. Pour over split chicken wings in a shallow casserole. Bake at 375 deg F for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, turning often.
The sauce becomes very thick and sticky so be careful of splashing when turning the chicken.

Fantastic served with rice and ceasar salad.
