Marshmallow Fondant
- 1 cup marshmallows (10 large or 100 small)
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 ½ - 1 ¾ cups Icing Sugar
- Salt (optional)
- Flavouring (optional)
- Put water, salt (optional), flavouring (optional) and marshmallows in microwave oven for 20-30 seconds.
- Mix well
- Add approximately 1 cup of icing sugar - blend and fold the icing in the melted marshmallows. You will need to eventually knead the remaing icing sugar in until it is no longer sticky (or desired consistency).
