Semolina Marzipan
12 oz
finest semolina
15 oz superfine [caster] sugar
3 tsp almond essence
3 egg yolks
cold water approx 1/2-1 tsp
Mix semolina and sugar.
Add essence and 1/2 ts water [not too much].
Gradually add this to the dry mix.
