Tres Leches Cakes

Tres Leches cake - Version 1

2 cans evaporated milk
2 cans condensed milk
1-1/2 cups half and half cream (maybe a little more if you don't like it too sweet)
3 egg yolks

Mix all ingredients together

Pour over the cake that you have poked holes into using a skewer.

Pour a small amount of the milk mixture onto each plate before adding the piece of cake.  

Tres Leches cake – version 2

2 cups heavy cream
1 -  5 ounce can evaporated milk
1 - 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk 

Mix all the ingredient together

Pour over the cake that you have poked holes into using a skewer.
